A CORRECTION
Jo our report of the sittings of the .Supreme Court at Hokitika, appearing on June 20th, the following item appeared : A PETITION. Re Inter-Wanganui Dairy Coy. Ltd., a petition for an order of the Court under the Companies Act, 19US, for reduction of capital. Mr Park appeared in support and stated the pursuance. of the directions given therein tho creditors had now filed the necessary consent to the application. His Honour remarked that lie had perused the papers and found the affidavits filed in support of the motion were in order. He therefore granted the petition in terms of paragraph 1 of the Company’s application.—Order act ordingly. We regret that the name of the Inter-Wanganui Dairy Coy., Ltd. was introduced by error. The Company referred ■to in the petition was tlie Wataroa Daily Coy., Ltd.
