PALMEHSTON* v Aug. 15. Ai n mooting oi the IJoroitgh Council to-night, the Mayor (Mr Graham) mentioned during discussion on Agricultural College matters that the authorities intended to spend £170,000 on buildings in the course ot the next two years and that students would he in occupation by March.
