Giles states lie will fly to-morrow from Detroit for San Francisco and still plans to enter the Dole prize flight to Honolulu; but in view of the fact that several items a noil need will' take off the route Pacific Coast and as it is understood his aeroplane has never yet been flown or tested, it is considered doubtful whether he will carry out his plans.
