THE RACING PERMIT.
MINISTER'S ULTIMATUM. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 6. The “Dominion” says that following the refusal of the Auckland District Committee to approve of the Waikato Hunt Club’s programme for Labour Day meeting, Hon. Bollard is expected to inform the committee that no racing permits will be issued for the Auckland district until the controversy over the Labour Day' permit terminates.
