NOT READY TO COMPETE. VANCOUVER, Aug. I. Major Curzon Osborne announces that be is not ready to compete in the San Frnncisco-Honoluhi race on August 12th but be i.s making plans to fly as early as possible to Australia via'Honolulu and Fiji Islands. Should the racers fail and Osborne succeed, tho latter will claim the Dole prize.
