BARNARD'S CRASH.

LONDON, July 27. Major Beaumont, appearing for tho Imperial Airways at the inquest on flic airman Barnard, said that the latter had lioeii released for the King s Cup race. The company felt it had lost one of the world's most magnificent airmen. Mr Mayor, the engineer responsible for the installation of the motors hy the Bristol Coy., said that Barnard’s machine was passed yesterday. The police have arrested six men. one of whom was fatally wounded, owing to resistance, when they were surprised in eomploteing a seventy-five foot tunnel under the State Printing Works, where the notes of the Polish Bank are printed.
