LONDON, July 26.

Speaking in the Dail Eireann during the second reading of the debate on the Public Safety Bill, President Cosgrave said that, while it was assumed that the so-called Army Council of the Republicans, as a whole, did not minder Mr Kevin O’Higgins, there, was little doubt that a section of that Council did.

President- Cosgrave disclosed a number of documents which the Free Stale Secret Service has seized.
