LONDON, July 26.
Speaking in the Dail Eireann during the second reading of the debate on the Public Safety Bill, President Cosgrave said that, while it was assumed that the so-called Army Council of the Republicans, as a whole, did not minder Mr Kevin O’Higgins, there, was little doubt that a section of that Council did.
President- Cosgrave disclosed a number of documents which the Free Stale Secret Service has seized. He added that the Government had a copy of the constitution, and ol the names of the governing body. He declared that during a meeting held to discuss the question of Afr de- A alera’s parts entering the Dail Eireann, a suggestion was made that any Republican taking the oath would be shot as a traitor.

Alr Patrick Belton, a member of Afr Do Valera’s Party, took the oath and his seat in the Dail Eireann. and ho then participated in a debate on the Public Safety Bill, strongly opposing it.
