SYDNEY, July 26. Mrs Gladys Sandford and Mrs Stella Christie, two New Zealand ladies, readied Sydney after a strenuous motor journey alone. They crossed Australia four times, covering eleven thousand miles. Starting on 4tli. March they drove from Sydney to Perth, hack to Adelaide, thence to Darwin and hack and returned to Sydney.
