(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) REA’I SION OF CONSTITUTION. MELBOURNE, July 8. Practical steps to give effect to the revision of the Commonwealth Constitution on the lines mentioned in Alt’ Bruce’s policy speech of 1923 have been taken by the Federal Government. A Royal Commission is being appointed immediately to report upon the working of the eonstituion since federation, and to recommend any desirable changes, particularly in reference to aviation, health, industrial and judicial powers, navigation, new States, taxation, and trade and commerce. The Commission will sit at an early date. ,
