Correspondence was dealt with as follows : Erotn Catholic School thanking Union for football.— Received. From W.C'.R.U. asking for assistance tit sending team lo Westjiort.— Received. It was resolved to make arrangements with Air Newman for the Hokitika players to travel to Westport. From Ngakawa Club. Westport, askjiicr for game to he arranged against Excelsior Juniors on August 13th.— Received and granted. It was resolved that the Third Grad* competition he closed, and that the School team he declared the winners, a fresh competition of two rounds for a suitable trophy to he arranged, to start on July 9th.
Air F. -McGregor was appointed manager of the Junior representatives who play at Groymouth on Saturday, leaving by train at 12.30 p.m. MATCHES FOR SATURDAY. SENIORS. West Coast v. Bidler at Westport. JUNIORS. Westland v. Greymouth. at Greymouth. 8-STONE COMPETITION. School -1 v. Rinm. tit Rimn, 10.30 p.m. THIRD GRADE. School v. Rinm, at Rimn, al 2 p.m. (Air Williamson). Excelsiors a bye. All junior matches for July 'Jilt were postponed.
