KE\V YORK. June 15. Guy. a member of the Australian Industrial Mission interviewed bv a Cleveland paper, stated compulsory arbitration bad not proved a cure for strikes in Australia. There were mi morons strikes recently, despite t Court. The Government intends to review the industrial legislation and the Mission's report may assist- them. Company unions in America apparently decreased strikes and employees were more contented. Before Mr Grayndlor left it was decider! to continue preparing the report individually, meeting at Melbourne on August 15th. to complete it.
