ALL BLACK TOUR

[BY TELEGRAPH —PER TRESS ASSOCIATION.] CAPETOWN. June 11. A suggestion for the curtailment of the New Zealand Rugby tour to twenty-one matches and three tests lias caused widespread disappointment throughout South Africa, particularly in small centres, which all are eager to join in a national welcome to the All Blacks. It is understood that the South African Board is most anxious in meet the views of visitors, but feels the local conditions make the departure of the New Zealanders on June 16th too late, bringing the the tour into hot weather. It feels that New Zealand would pay a great compliment if it trusted the South African Board regarding the arrangements. The visit is regarded more from an Imperial aspect than actual results.
