Telegraphic advice lias been received that the Westland Power Ltd., the public company to develope hydroelectric power lor North W estland, was registered at Wellington yesterday. The company is a strong one financially. and most of the capital has been subscribed in Wellington, where the directors are prominent business men. some of whom already have large financial interests on the Coast.
