The Australian Industrial Mission agreed to the additions to the itinerary leaving Washington on June 12, visiting Pittsburg and Cleveland. I.udowici has received adviced enabling him to remain ail extra fortnight to tour the Southern States but it is unlikely. It is expected the .Mission will depart by the Maunganui oil June 29th. Efforts are being made for all to return together, though some members desire to return .a fortnight later. The time allowed for preparation of the report at Washington is seventeen days. FLOOD STILL RISING. XLW YORK, Alay 11. Advii o front New Orleans states:— The impact of ihe swollen Mississippi River now bears heaviest on Bayou Des Glaizes levee, n which a break is expected at any hour. This would flood some of the richest sugar-growing areas ill Southern Louisiana. Twenty-live thousand men are working day and night.
