ARAHURA EAT STOCK SALE. Alossrs AI. Houston and Co report: Our entry at yesterday’s sale at the above yards consisted of 50 head of fat cattle. There was a much smaller attendance of buyers than usual and competition was very dull owing to the supply being much in excess of the demand. Best- ox beef realized to 39s per hundred, the average being about 28s. whilst good heifer and cow beef realized from 2fts to 21s. AYo sold as follows:—On account of Afr AY. Diodriehs 2 bullocks at £9 10s, 2 at -CO ox. 3 at £9. 3 heifers at £5. 1 at £5 12sfid. 2 bullocks at £9 ss, l at £lO 17s (id. 1 at C 8 15x. 1 cow at Co 2s (id. 1 heifer at Co 12s Gd, 1 cow at Co. 1 at C 3 17s (id. 2 bullocks at C 9 ss. 1 at CIO 2s Gd. 1 at £lO. 2 at C 9 2s Gd. On account of Air C. Sadler 8 steers at C 7 os, 13 heifers passed in. Oil account of Air .T. -Muir 1 heifer at Co.
