The ‘‘Times’’ Berlin correspondent says:—‘‘All parties in Germany criticise the Disarmament Conference as a fiasco, a comedy, and a pitiful spectacle. The German Nationalists declare that Germany’s claim for a general reduction of armaments, following on disarmament, in accordance with the British exports, compared with only Treaty of Versailles, lias been ignored, and they recall Herr Gessler’; statement that either the other Rowers must disarm, or Germany must rearm.”
