lAusiralia & N.Z. Cable Association.' M ELBOCRXE FUNCTION'S. MELBOURNE, April 25. The Duke and Duchess of York attended it brilliant function at the Federal Parliament House, where various addresses of welcome were presented. The Duke replied in warm terms of appreciation of the indications of the spirit of devotion, loyally and Empire 1. indiip which they bad met everywhere on their tour. Tn the forenoon their Royal Highnesses attended Victoria Racing Club Meeting, specially held in honour of the Royal visitors.
