Harbin reports the despatch of reeonnoitering forces from Tsitsihar, following on a report that fifty thousand Mongolians, including many Russians, have gathered in the direction of ( hahaerh and Payantala. RAID ON SOVIET EMBASSY LONDON. April 20. The “Times’s” Pekin correspondent states: An investigation of documents which the Russians here were discovered hastily soaking with kerosene and , attempting to burn, when the Soviet Embassy was raided, proves that .tho , Soviet military attache’s office was used as a clearing house for eotnmuni cations with Moscow Rod agents. , Many of the documents were blurred, and some had the edges charred, while some were intact.
