CHARGES AGAINST ALBANIAN PRESIDENT. [Australian &■ N.Z. Cable Association.] BERLIN, March 31. That Ahmed Boy, Albanian President. received £IIO,OOO for signing the Albniiian-Italian Pact at Tirana, and that the Pact is one giving Italy a virtual protectorate over Albania, is one of the allegations made hy Calucci, formerly Governor of Volona, who has escaped from prison at Tirana, where he was confined on account of his criticism of Ahmed Bey Zogu’s policy. Calucci has arrived at Belgrade, the Jugo-Slai- capital. He further alleges that terror is now reigning in Albania. stating all males aged 22 and 23 are mobilised, and that Italy is landing war material at Yalona and Durazzo. GERMAN ANTI-DUMPING BILL. BERLIN. March 30. The Government has tabled in the Reichstag an anti-dumping bill, which is a reprisal to the similar laws against German goods that are operating in Britain, the British Dominions and th» United States. No specific rates are mentioned, hut the Government is empowered to increase the tariffs to protect the German industries.
