LATE LOCALS.

The AYhite Star motor tourist service has gained considerable kudos by reason of the excellent service provided for the authorities during the recent ducal visit to the Dominion. Mr Davey, the transport officer, referring to the first class service provided everywhere by the AA’hite Star organisation told the Secretary at Christchurch of the excellent managements made throughout the tour, ano made special mention of the Hokitika organisation under the control of Newmans Motors Ltd, which appears to have been exceptionally satisfactory to those concerned.
