Wallace Beery. who plays the role of Karlov, the secret agent of the Russian Government, and chief of all their foreign agents, has been starred in many offerings in the past. Tie has appeared in innumerable successes, his latest big parts being in “Douglas Fairbanks' Robin-Hood” and in “Richard the Lion-Hearted.” In “Drums of Jeopardy he docs his usual impressive "oik. Jack Mulhall, who takes the leading male role opposite Miss Hariimerstein, was one of the first featured lending men having taken those parts even before the days of the featurelength photoplay. Tie has hoen starred in his own right in a number of pictures and in “Drums of Jeopardy,” by his convincing, inspired portrayal of the Russian prince, he lives up to the great reputation lie made for himself. Other prominent artists who appear in this photoplay are David Torrence, who, with his brother Ernest Torrence, have created a standard amongst character artists in motion pictures; Maude George, a favourite of many years’ standing, who has been starred in pictures of her own. and T'/i'ic Maine, well-known character actor. The supports to-night are a good comedy and the latest in Topicals. On Tuesday a First National Special “Tramp. Tramp, Tramp.” starring Harry Langdon; Wednesday, Tom Mix with Tony, the wonder horse in Z a 11 e Grey’s sequel to “Riders of the Purple Sage,” “The Rainbow" Trail.”
