In connection with the visit of Christchurch howlers to-morrow by the excursion train, all local bowlers are requested Lo be on the green at 2 p.m. sharp to take part in the play, whci-. six rinks will lie selected to play the visitors. All Vocal players available will get a game, and are asked to be in attendance promptly as play will commence as soon as possible alter the visitors arrive
Lady supporters ol the (Tub are arranging afternoon tea and as the party will be a large one as much hei’p as possible is desired.
