BREAKING AND ENTERING
CHARGE. - DUNEDIN, Feh. 23. Two figures climbing up the fire escape at the hack of a business premises last evening aroused the suspicions of a civilian, who communicated with the police. Detectives itiimediately surrmintlod the place and ontering found three men under the table. As a result. Peter Dignnn, Benjamin Henrv Bright and Harold James Bedford were charged at the police court, with breaking and entering. with intent to commit a crime, and wore remanded.
