QUAKE DISASTER
VIKXXA. February It. Hundreds of people* are dead as tin* result of a great earthquake centred in Stolac. Jugo-Slavin. A landslide overwhelmed twelve houses in Sernjevo, while numhers of railway stations and hotels were destroyed between Spalnto and M.o.skar. .Minor shocks are reported in central and southern Italy. LOXDOX. February In. Fittv deatlis are reported in the neighbourhood of Sarajevo alone. The numbers of dead elsewhere are unknown, but there are thousands of people homeless a* the result of t?ie earthquake. Troops are assisting the Red Cross workers. Kvery building in Stolac lias been damaged.
