LONDON, February 11. Messages direct from Lisbon. confirm oenerallv the news cabled in the past Few davs from the frontier, but nothing of a political nature has yet been allowed to be transmitted. Crowds viewed the damage in the streets at Lisbon yesterday. A large portion ot the naval arsenal was destroyed. \ lie I alnielhi Palace and many ot the foremost buildings were damaged. Many inhabitants spent three days m cella x while shells were hurtling oveilieacl. Food became very scarce.
