NEW YORK-PARTS FLIGHT. WASHINGTON. Feb. 8. It is announced that Captain Byrd will attempt the New York to Paris flight as cabled on January 28th. accompanied by Bennett. He plans to use a Fokker plane, similar to that he used on his North Polar expedition. He hopes to take off in May.
