LONDON', Fob. 4. The “Daily News” Lisbon correspondent says: The Government reports that the majority of the troops are loyal and that complete order prevails outside Lisbon and in the city. The restaurants arid theatres are rlosed. The traffic ceases at ten o’clock at night, when all must be indoors.
