The Northumberland cleared the roadstead last evening and hovo to off Ttiahine Point tiN fhe morning proceeding northward at nine a.in. The Terawliiti is f.loiigside the vessel, and the pumps are still going. NORTHUMBERLAND RETURNS. GISBORNE. February 2. The Northumberland returned to port at noon. A message from the Northumberland states additional work will ho required to he carried out before the vessel proceeds. It is understood the work is not extensive.
