INFLUENZA IN LONDON. LONDON. Jan. 17

The influenza epidemic is now spreading in many parts of the London suburbs. and the doctors are finding difficulty in coping with all the cases. Fortunately the attacks in Britain «uo much milder than those on the Continent, and they have not caused anything like such a heavy dentil rate. However, some features of the disease are similar to those of the 1918 outberak in Australia and New Zealand. The doctors are finding all the members of some households laid up in bed, and are receiving instructions from these to obtain the key at another house, and let themselves in. The present outbreak i.s attacking persons of all ages.
