[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.] INFLUENZA SPREADS. GENEVA. January 14. The League of Nations Bulletin shows that the influenza has spread into Spain, Greece. Roumania, Poland, and other countries that hitherto have not been affected. The Bulletin states that the violence of the epidemic is increasing in Germany, but is declining in Switzerland. The registration of _ca.ses has been made compulsory in Poland. Thirteen deaths have occurred in the week in Amsterdam. The epidemic has crossed the Mediterranean Sea, and is now raging with particular severity in Egypt, which reports thirty-eight deaths out of 171 eases.
