[Australia it N.Z. Cable Association.] LONDON!, Sept. 23. i billiards control -oouncil has passed a now rule, to operate immediately, limiting consecutive winning or losing hazard to twenty-five. After twenty-five hazards a break is only eontinuable by the intervention of a cannon during a run of hazards, and the referee shall inform a player when he has played twenty consecutively.
