A message from Grand Turks Island, Oahamas, states four thousand are homeless and immense property damage was caused in Turks and Oticua Island as a result of the hurricane. THE DAMAGE. NFAV YORK, Sept. 21. News from Mobile states a survey to-day after the nineteen hour battle with the hurricane, reveals property damage estimated at several bundled thousands chiefly unroofed structures and water damage. _
