COBDEN ELECTIONS
NEW BOARD PERSONNEL.
The Cobden Town District elections were held yesterday. Keen interest was manifested in the poll which was the heaviest recorded in Cobden. The contest for the seat on the Power Board resulted in Mr C. Uddstrom', the sitting member being returned by a. large majority. The Hospital Board resulted in a very close contest, Air W. F. Pulliu being returned with two votes to spare. For the Town Board, those elected include only two of the former members, (Messrs AYaiker and Barrett), while the late chairman. Air Gunn, and Mr F. L. Turley lost their seats. The County “ticket” secured the return of four out of their six candidates. The details of the voting is as follows: TOWN BOARD. The successful candidates were a s fol-
