Turnbull, charged with failure to pay a mainteninee order £24 13s Gd being due, did not appear. After hearing evidence by plaintiff for whom Mr Aluvdnch appeared, an order was made for payment- within seven days, in default one month. H. Reid, was charged with failure of payment of a maintenance amounting to £33 10s. After hearing evidence of plaintiff and defendant, his AA’orship entered a conviction and sentenced defendant to one month, warrant to lie withheld on payment- of £5 within 7 days, and payment of 12s Gd per week on order and Pis Gd per week in reduction of arrears.
