(Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] BULGARIAN NOTE. SOFIA, Aug. 31. Bulgaria has sent a Note in reply to that of Greece, Rouniania, and Jugoslavia, of August lltli. It is most conciliatory. It emphasises a desire to safeguard peace in the Balkans, stating the Bulgarian Government is doing its utmost to check the Comitndji activities which, it declares, has producer! wide ramifications outside Bulgaria. It urges co-operation between all the four countries in this connection, and finally declares its readiness to submit the question to the League of Nations, whoso recommendations it promises to accept.
