(by TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION THE HOUSE. WELLINGTON, July 21. The House met at 2.30 p.m. Hon Ngata was sworn in and took his seat for the first time this session. Hon Rolleston gave notice of his intention to introduce a Guardianship of Infants Bill.

Hon. llawken gave notice of his intention to introduce the Dairy Industry Amendment Bill and stated that with the permission of the House he would to-morrow make a statement on the subject of the site of the proposed agricultural college in the North Island.

The afternoon session was occupied with the adjourned debate on the Immigration Report, which was laid on tlie table by the Hon. Nosworthy. At the evening session Hon Young moved tlie second reading of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Bill, which, after a debate, was agreed to. The House rose at 12.15 p.m. till 2.30 to-morrow.
