Demand Fon Farm Lands Reviving. More activity in the rural land market has been noted in Auckland province in recent months. To sneak of “more activity” is probably a misnomer, for the rural land market had been practically dead until six months ago, ever since the collapse ol the boom some years ago. The renewed demand is"of a careful and inquiring nature. The prospective buyer wluits to he satisfied by figures of production andother real evidence that he can make good at the price asked. On the other hand, lie lias to lie prepared to finance liis purchase in a much more substantial way than would have been required in the hectic post-war years. —Press Message.
