EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS
[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.] NEW YORK, .Tune 23. The fourth day of the Eucharistic Congress at Chicago was set aside as Higher Education Day. There was another huge gathering assembled, composed of elder boys and girls from the Chicago Catholic Church Schools. The girls were attired in white drosses, and the hoys in white blouses, all with either caps or sashes of gold. The assemblage made a striking picture. Many of the schools brought their, own hands, there being at least fifty bands within the Stadium. Sometimes twenty-five of the 'Hands were playing simultaneously. The Papal Legate, Cardinal Bonzuno, with the other Cardinals and their suites, again presided. The concluding ceremonies of the Congress will take place to-morrow at Mundelein, the town forty miles from Chicngo that is named after Cardinal Mundelein, of Chicago. Three-quarters of a million people are expected to attend to-morrow, of whom large, numbers arc already making the pilgrimage to Mundelein, in order to avoid congestion on the roads and trains. Many of them are equipped with tents and cooking utensils and are planning to camp on the scene. NEW YORK, .Tunc 23.
