WELLINGTON. June 14. A\ itli the recent appointment of AH K. S. AA illiains as Alinister for Public AVorkx, the Prime Alinister he-- completed his Cabinet. Since AH Coates's assumption of tile office of Prime Alinister, there necessarily has been a resliuffling ol portfolios, and of the administration of minor Departments. In this matter it may be assumed that finality has now been reached, and it will be of interest to give a list of the portfolios held by the members of the Cabinet and of the subsidiary Departments under the control of each Afinister. The list is as follows:The Right Hon. .T. G. Coates, Prime Alinister, Alinister for Railways, Alinister for Native Affairs, and Minister ■ill;" Charge of Public Trust and Native Trust, Departments. Hon. Air AA r . D. Stewart, Alinister for Finance, Alinister for Customs, end Alinister in charge of Stamp Duties,

Land and Income Tax, and State Advances.

Sir Alaui Pciuare is a member of Ihe Executive Council representing the Native race, and Aiinister in charge of the Cook' and other islands.

Though not now a holder of a portfolio as representative, of the Native race in the Executive Council, he draws a salary of £llOO. Other members of the Executive Council, but without salary as such, are the Right Hon. Sir Francis Bell, the Hon. Air D. H. Guthrie, and the Hon. Sir R. Heaton Rhodes. Sir Heaton Rhodes will act as loader of the Legislative Council in the absence abroad of Sir Francis Bell. Sir Francis Bell, Sir Heaton Rhodes, and the lion. Air Guthrie, are members cf the Legislative Council. On the invitation of the Prime Aiinister members of the Executive Council can attend Cabinet meetings.
