Colouel Von Luck, President of the famous Monarchist Athletic Organisation lias also been arrested. Police raids are stated to have revealed manifestoes prescribing death sentences for resisters. It is alleged high army officials are implicated. The police are investigating reports that Nieliolai had a secret office in the Ministry of Defence where Tie hatched plots, the aim of which are- said to include renunciation of the Dawes Plan, J Locarno Pact and Versailles Treaty, followed by a militarist revival.
