fight against druses. JERUSALEM, May 10. There lias been a fierce battle between the Druses and the breach in the Midan quarter of Damascus City. The Druses transformed houses into fortresses, after removing women and children, thus compelling the French to bombard the Midan, killing fitly rebels.
MOROCCAN FIGHTING. FEZ, May 10. Heavy fighting is now going on in Morocco. Abdel Kriin's brother personally led a counter attack against the French at Bnbscetanc on Saturday. The Biffians fought furiously, bringing several field guns into action, before they were repulsed, after the French made a bayonet charge.
