LONDON, April 27. Mr Baldwin has continued the coa conversations.
It i.-. hoped that there will be a favourable development very shortly. Tbe Duke of Northumberland, writing in the “Morning Post,” alleges that the miners’ executives are the principal striking force in Moscow’s attack against British industry. He declares: “Communist publications show Mr A. J. Cook (the Miners’ Secretary) one of the chief instruments for the accomplishments of Moscow’s aims.” ,
