The waiter protested. “ ‘Mr Kookfeller’. he said, ‘if I were a millionaire I wouldn’t squeeze a dime as hard ins you do.' “ ‘Young man,’ said Mr Kookfeller, “if you squeezed your dimes as hard as I do you wouldn’t be a waiter,’ ”
