IS, theft of motor cycle at Palmerston North, three years’ reformative detention. Michael Patrick -Somers, 19, theft from a dwelling at: Palmerston North, two years’ probation. Arthur Clyhurn, 42, obtaining £2(l by valueless cheques at Auckland and £2O at Nelson, five years ago, three years’ probation; restitution of £4G to he made at. 10s weekly. William Clifford Bnllan, 19, obtaining £ll 10s fid and £ls at Palmerston North by valueless cheques, throe years’ probation, with special conditions and restitution to be made.
