VIEWS AT GENEVA. LONDON, March 1. The “ .Morning Post’s” Geneva correspondent says:—“So irreconciliablo are the views held in the European capitals that a second so-called Locarno Conference will have to he held at Geneva before the special meeting of , the Council in order that accord may K he reached before Germany’s application for membership is formally presented. League circles arc of opinion that the admission of Spain, Brazil and Poland now rests with the German delegates. M. Briand will not press any demands. Dr Stresemann is adamant in arguing for Poland’s exclusion. The French delegates declare that while Poland is outside JAy are continually forced to fight WaJtvsw’s ha tiles. Certain British Dominions oppose any scats Ijcing given to any States except Germany, but there i.s a move favouring a non-permanent seat for the Dominions which would bo rotated yearly. v
