Owing to the unsuitability of the trotting track it was decided to hold the forthcoming sports meeting on ( ass Sqtia re. A juvenile cycle race oi one mile was added to the programme, trophies for which have been received. It was decided that the Club run the booth for the sports. Tenders to be called for fruit stalls and sale of programmes. The price of admission was fixed at Is for adults and (id for children.
It was decided that the presentation of piizes he made in the ante-room prior to the dance in the evening. The following officials lor the meeting were appointed;—Judges; .Messrs IF AYhiley. A(. Houston and 11. Thompson. Timekeepers: .Messrs G. Delbridge, H. Rutland and AA . Kellei.
