[by TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN SENTENCES. DUNEDIN, February 10. The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court before Judge Sim concluded today. William Richard Frankpitt, aged 26, who pleaded guilty previously to a charge of common assault on Frank Doherty, was sentenced to two years’ probation. Andrew Turnbull, for indecently assaulting a girl 13 years of age, was given six months’ imprisonment. James Arthur Cameron Perry, for indecently assaulting a girl 12 years of age. was ordered to come up for sentence if called on within the next five years, and that he proceed to tho Salvation Army Homo in Christchurch.
