The annual meeting of the United States Lawn Tennis Association has approved of the Davis Cup committee’s recommendation to send a team to Australia next winter (,'li'd November). Similar approval was given by last year’s meeting, whereafter it was impossible to enlist any high ranking players for the trip. A rule was passed making Elizalicth Ryan eligible to represent, the United States in the Wightman Cup matches in England in which four American women will play.
