TETUAN BOMBARDED. TAXGIERS, Feb. o. The Riff artilvry is again bombarding Tetuan, destroying houses in the •Jewish quarter. There have been several casualties. The guns an? situated on the face of a precipice in the mountains, opposite, and high above the town, making attempts to dislodge them difficult and costly. The Tetuan batteries and the air fore? are replying, hut immediately each shot is fired, the guns are withdrawn into the recesses of the eaves, in which they are kept concealed.
