At Onelmnga about midnight a tramear proceeding to the terminus when rounding a bend collided bead on with tt motor-ear driven by Leonard Charles Vincent inr. Vincent got the full force of the impact and death must have been practically instantaneous. One side of the motor was stripped off and the front badly battered. The front of the tram was slightly damaged. Frank laivelock. the only other occupant of the motor-ear was thrown out but was uninjured. He was subsequently arrested. The tram motorman states his vehicle was moving slowlyTile motor-car swung round the corner at a fast pace and crashed into tho front of the tram which had almost stopped.
